El Fin

Its kinda hard to believe that this trip is over.  The last couple of weeks in El Salvador were amazing.  Mark and I scored some of the best waves we have ever surfed, and we even squeezed in a day of riding dirt bikes up a volcano, through the jungles, and among coffee plantations.  It had been some years since I have been on a motorcycle, and it again reminded me that there is nothing like riding a bike.  It was Mark's first time riding, and he says he's hooked now too.  If you haven't ever been on a bike, I suggest you try it... I want one again.

Bumble Bee and The Blue Power Ranger

The last night in El Tunco with our friends, celebrating Mark's third birthday of the trip.  Played a drinking game at dinner, that I originally was no part of, and I ended up having to drink this damn glass of beer and hot sauce...  Happy Birthday Jerk Face!

On our way home we had a layover in Ft. Lauderdale, and had a little JWR and some Bud Light (America!!!).  Well, we met a couple friends and had Mark's fourth birthday party at midnight, East Coast time, in the plane.  Thanks to Gay Todd the flight attendant, we had a pretty good time...  wait, that sounded bad.

Thanks for following the blog, more stories when I see you in person.  I'm currently at my Dad's house in Cali, and to cap this trip off with some snow and freezing weather, I'm flying to Washington to see my grandparents in a couple days.  Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
